2. Purchases
Let's be upfront about what's actually for sale here: π is an infinite, irrational constant that's been quietly doing its thing since long before this website existed, and will keep right on doing it long after. Buying a "slice of π" does not give you ownership, copyright, or any other claim over the digits themselves — nobody owns 3.14159…, and we're not about to pretend otherwise (no matter how fun the branding is).
What you're actually purchasing is a page on this platform: your own corner of the site where your chosen digits are displayed alongside a bio, links, and whatever else you'd like to share. Think of it as a novelty profile page with a mathematical theme — not a deed to a piece of mathematics.
With that said: all sales are final. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to display your slice of π on this platform. This right may not be transferred privately or outside the platform — any change of ownership (for example, resale, or a future gifting feature) must take place through the platform's own mechanisms, which issue a new right to the receiving party.
Pages are intended for social and community participation purposes. We make no representation that pages will increase in value or can be resold at a profit. You purchase a page entirely at your own risk.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post to your owner page (bio, links, profile image, and similar material), but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content through the platform for as long as your page exists.
You are responsible for everything you post, and agree not to post content that:
- infringes anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
- harasses, threatens, or abuses any person or group;
- is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity;

We may remove content or suspend pages that violate these rules, at our discretion.

This site is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime, data retention, or the continued availability of the platform.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
